International Wines of Germany Promotion Weeks in Full Swing
The '31 Days of German Wine' campaign returns to the United Kingdom (UK) and Japan in July. The focus extends far beyond the Riesling grape variety. The German Wine Institute (DWI) organizes presentations of German wines year-round and around the world.
Germany’s most internationally renowned flagship grape varieties, Riesling and Pinot Noir, are becoming increasingly popular in many countries. So now is the time to bring the full diversity of German wine - with all its aromas and styles - into the spotlight at wine bars, restaurants, and independent retailers of the world.
Throughout July, retailers, bars, and restaurants will be celebrating with “Wines of Germany.” They’ll be hosting parties, tastings, winemaker dinners, and more. British Riesling lovers and curious connoisseurs can stay up to date via social media and the Wines of Germany websites.
